Shipping & Returns
Shipping
Shipments are sent by DHL or in some cases FedEx. You will receive the tracking information via email. We also recommend downloading the DHL app to see more information and make changes to your delivery if needed. We currently ship to all countries in the European Union, Norway, Switzerland, China, Japan, Canada and to the USA. We are based in Sweden and do not control any duties/taxes that may occur to your package. The customer will therefore be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary from country to country (outside the EU) so please contact your local customs office for further information.
Estimated delivery time is 1-2 working days within Sweden and 2-5 working days internationally.
We aim to process your order within 24 hours after which you will receive a confirmation email that the order is being shipped. We will charge the equivalent of 250 SEK for declined items, e.g. if you refuse to sign or will not pick up the order at your pick-up point. This cost will be deducted from your initial payment of the order. If you change your mind about things you ordered, contact our customer service immediately. You still have to collect your package and return it back to us at your own expense. Damaged goods shall be reported at the pick-up point. If you notice the damage after receiving the package please contact our customer service.

Returns
You have the right to return a product and get a full refund (except shipping costs) within 30 days from receiving the goods. We are unable to take back products that have been processed or used. There are no refunds for sale items, only the possibility to receive a credit note. If you want to exchange a product, please make a return (instructions below) and place a new order.
Contact us at customerservice@chpobrand.com before returning the product, we will email you a return label. The cost of the return is 100 SEK / 10 EUR / 10 USD which will be deducted from your initial payment. Then return the product together with your receipt (or a note with your name and order number).
Right of withdrawal
Having a right of withdrawal by law means that you have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase that you made off-premises, for example online and get a full refund. The rules regarding right of withdrawal is the same within the EU, Norway, Iceland and the United Kingdom. You can find the Withdrawal form here.
When you withdraw from your purchase, you need to send the product back to us. Make sure to get a receipt for the return and keep it as proof. You must pay for the return freight yourself, we will provide you with a return label and deduct the return cost from your initial payment.
